Erin Chaves started playing harp when she was seven years old and trained under Peggy Brown of Sacramento, California, Mildred Dilling, and other respected teachers. She is also a classically trained pianist.

Erin is a wife, mother, and grandmother currently living in Michigan. When not playing the harp, Erin is passionate about volunteering with the Healing Nest, a local non profit dedicated to providing spa and beauty services to women fighting cancer. She is a frequent rescuer of senior animals in need of care and also  enjoys traveling and reading.
